How do I download a report?
All reports are in PDF format. Adobe Acrobat is required to read the files. If you do not have Adobe acrobat installed, you can download it for free by visiting www.adobe.com.
Once your order is complete, you will be directed to your receipt page. At the bottom of the receipt page, you will find the link to begin downloading your report.
You will not receive a hard copy receipt for your purchase. If you would like to keep a hard copy record of your purchase, please print the receipt page.
You will receive a confirmation email from VNU once your purchase is completed. You may return to your receipt page at anytime during this email.

You can download these reports anywhere that you can use adobe.

Reports download immediately.
How do I access my reports after I have downloaded them?
After you download the reports you can save them and access them at anytime.
What is the quantity field for?
The quantity box indicates the number of people that will receive the selected report(s). You are required to purchase an individual report for each person that you would like to receive the report.
There is a charge on my credit card under Nielsen Business Media, what is that for?
Nielsen Business Media is the parent company who charges for the electronic files (e.g. PDF file) that you purchased and downloaded.
