CSNews 2008 C-Store Saturation Study
The 2008 CSNews Saturation Study provides an examination of market areas throughout the nation to determine the most over- and under-saturated markets for retailers, providing guidance on where to build new stores or acquire existing units. The study is based on 361 markets, all core-based statistical areas (CBSAs) that include only metropolitan statistical areas (MSAs) with an urban core population of at least 50,000. This expanded report includes exclusive spotlights on eight market areas with information on convenience and other competitive channel retailers, population and demographics, provided by CSNews, TDLinx and Claritas, all operating divisions of The Nielsen Company. |
